Geography and technology are the two major points of controversy every since technological inventions have started taking the right approach.
Initially there was a whole one world, in which technology was the contribution of every individual rather than any classifications in terms of geography. Technology has been a major threat to the geography of the world in the original sense as much as it is a blessing for our other convenience. The large scale technological inventions have various times proved to be dangerous for the geographical assets. The basic environmental problems in the recent years have been caused by the wrong use of technology causing pollution and waste products.
Technology has also been powerful enough to alter the face of geography originally created by nature. Where there used to be huge mountains, are now flat plains, just by the use of heavy machineries to break them down for the people to access these areas more easily. The seas have been forcefully receded so as to built and extend the cities in the coastal areas.
